Salon Policy

PUNCTUALITY

In respect of my time, please arrive on time for your treatments. In case you’ve never had a treatment with me before, please come 5-10 minutes earlier as you may be required to fill out a consultation form. Clients arriving more than 15 minute late will lose their appointment in order to don’t delay future appointments.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

I understand that emergencies happen, but please do your best in cancelling your appointment at least 24 h prior to the treatment. If the booking was made on the same day, 3 hours notification is required. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a £30 fee added to your next appointment.‍

NO SHOW`S

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non-refundable deposit worth 50% of the service you want to book.

TREATMENT PACKAGES

Packages of 5 treatments must be paid upfront at the moment of sale. From the date of purchase, customers have 1 year to use the treatments.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Customers can purchase Gift Vouchers at the salon. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchasing and they must be presented on the day of the treatment

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

Smoking and alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the salon.

BABIES

Babies are welcome in the beauty room. Having a baby myself, I know the struggle is real. There is plenty space for baby and mommy in the treatment room.

PRICE CHANGES

iBeautify London reserves the right to alter prices but this will not happen without notifying the customer in advance.

HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.

PATCH TEST

Patch testing is required in case of tinting, permanent make up and some facial treatments.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

iBeautify London has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

MOBILE PHONES

For a relaxing experience and respect for others, please make sure that your phone is put on silent and you will not answer any phone calls while in the salon.

PERSONAL ITEMS

I don’t take any responsibility for personal items left in the salon. Please make sure that you take all your items with you when leaving the salon.

HYGIENE

Hygiene is my main priority. All disinfection and sterilisation protocols are properly being followed at the salon. Any needles required for facial treatments are single-use, sterile and being disposed after each client. I do not perform any double dipping with waxing!

SERVICE GUARANTEE/REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. If there was a fault on my side, I am happy to offer you a refund.
